Feature :

Wire mesh perlite wall partition panel is inorganic environmental wall board with advantages of lightweight, sound absorption, fireproof, high strength and low shrinkage rate.

The partition wall panel reinforced by two steel mesh with the perlite panel inside. After plastered with cement mortar on both sides, the perlite partition panel was strengthen by two reinforced concrete panel, and this perlite panel can replace current steel mesh polystyrene boards, GRC wall panel and gypsum board.

Product Structure:

⊙ Core board with metal mesh inside

The core board is developed by mixing inflated perlite which is subject to ***0℃ to a given exposure period of time with inorganic cementing material through adding inside two steel meshes, press and forming and drying.

⊙Sandwich panel with three-dimensional structure

The sandwich panel with three-dimensional structure is a whole of galvanized steel meshes and core board which is produced by cutting and welding after inserting galvanized steel into core board with galvanized steel meshes on two sides.

⊙wire mesh perlite wall partition panel

The panel is consolidus composite wall with *0mm**5mm cement mortar plastered on the both sides galvanized steel meshes of the sandwich panel after the combination of sandwich panel in the construction site.
