Permanent-Magnetism Roll Magnetic Separators

CRIMM series rare-earth permanent-magnetism roll magnetic separators (CRIMM separators for short) are based on CRIMM’s decades of experiences with magnetic separation. The dry-feed separators are made through precise machining with advanced rare-earth permanent-magnetism material. Both magnetic system and mechanical structure are special designed. The separators have acquired national patent (Patent No. ZL99233150.1).

1.Advantages

Compared with common electro-magnetic induction separator, CRIMM separators have the following advantages:

　　field intensities is 3~4 times higher, specific magnetic force is 2~3 higher;

　　maximum ore-feeding size is 50mm;

　　blocking of the feeding materials avoided; efficient separation;

　　the magnetic rolls are protected by the convey belt without wearing;

　　lower energy consumption, less weight and less floor space requirement;

　　low installation, operation and maintenance costs.
