A. Use and performance
It consists of an anti-wear filled PTFE ring and an O-ring rubber seal. The O-ring provides the pre-tightening force, which can play a complementary role in the abrasion of PTFE square ring. The square ring has the two-way sealing effects, suitable for the sealing of hydraulic cylinder piston. Generally, it is used together with the guide ring. If the hole diameter is less than Φ*0, the split groove shall be adopted. 
B. Materials The anti-wear ring is made of PTFE; the O-ring is made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) or FKM rubber.
C. Working conditions
Reciprocating speed: ≤ 5m / s
Working pressure: 0 ~ *0MPa
Operating temperature: **5 ~ ***0°C (depending on the material of O-ring )
Working medium: hydraulic oil, gas, water
