A. Use and performance
It consists of an anti-wear filled PTFE ring and an O-ring rubber seal. The O-ring provides the pre-tightening force, which plays a complementary role in the abrasion of PTFE square ring. This device is suitable for the hydraulic cylinder piston seal, which has the single-way sealing effect. Generally, it is used together with the guide ring. If the hole diameter is less than Φ*0, the split groove shall be adopted. 
B. Materials Piston step seal is made of PTFE; the O-ring is made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) or FKM rubber.
C. Working conditions
Reciprocating speed: ≤ 5m/s
Working pressure: 0~*0MPa
Operating temperature: **5~***0°C (depending on the material of O-ring )
Working medium: hydraulic oil, gas, water

The hole with stepped ring is marked with the order number, for example, Hole with Stepped Ring GSD***0
