 • There are more than *0 sets gear machining equipments in our factory, includes NC and CNC. Our CNC worm wheel tooth grinding machine can reach ISO4 quality class with diameter max **0mm for external tooth gear and max **0mm for internal tooth gear with shapping machine.

• We can manufacture more than **0,**0 sets gear parts each year. Main customers, for example, FAW Dalian and Wuxi diesel engine company, DFAC Chaoyang diesel engine company, Weichai power, Longji pump group, Binzhou head crankshaft comapny, Italy IVECO and some famous shipyards in Middle East. • For heat treatment, we have completed processing and control. We can keep good hardness for both core and tooth surface. At the same time, we have advanced testing devides including Vickers and Rockwell hardness device, case depth testing sets, chemical composition and metallurgical structure analysis, run-out testing, tooth lead and profile variation inspection machines, etc.

• For quality control, we have strict process and inspection from material purchasing to final grinding. All of our parts can promise long-life using time with lowest deformation and bottom working noisy with high precision. We have been approved ISO***1:***0 certificate since ***3, now we are applying for TS****9 certificate to meet more and more request from customers.
