CrudePalm Oil

Crude palm oil is the richest vegetable product in beta-carotene, which gives a yellow-orange to red, depending on its concentration of carotenoids. Both refining and Cooking tend to destroy these molecules in the oil, making it becomes white. The richness of crude palm oil in saturated fatty acids makes it semi-solid at room temperature, and its melting point between *5 ° C and *2 ° C. 

Our crude Palm Oil is produced directly from tropical palm trees (elaeis guineensis – which is not the same as coconut palm trees) native to the tropical areas of Malaysia where the plants grow wild without the use of chemicals.

Refined Palm Oil

Our refined palm oil is obtained, after milling, using many professional refining steps to obtain a high quality oil which is **0% safe for human consumption. The first process consists of fractionation, followed by crystallization and separation processes to produce a solid crystal called stearin (or tristearin) and a liquid called olein (Triolein). The next process consists of melting and degumming in order to remove impurities from the oil. The oil is then filtered and bleached. And then the last step is the physical refining to remove smells and coloration, resulting in a premium refined bleached deodorized palm oil (RBDPO).
