ST**1 PN type identification instrument is an instrument which uses the principle of rectification method to identify the conductive type of semiconductor, and also has the function of testing re doping.

Re mixing discrimination limit: ρ = 0.*1 ~ 0.2 Ω - cm adjustable (initial setting is 0.1 Ω - cm)

PN identification: accessible surface smin = 3mm * 5mm

Re mixing judgment: the contact surface smin = 3mm * 5mm (three pin probe or clamp)
