Pneumatic conveying by vacuum is a popular method of transfer for the loading of blenders in the pharmaceutical, health product, food and nutraceutical industries. One of the distinct advantages of vacuum systems is the inward suction created by the vacuum source and resulting reduction of any outward leakage of dust which may occur in pressure conveying systems.

*  Since pneumatic Vacuum conveying systems have an enclosed pipeline, the risk of product                      contamination is greatly reduced and the plant remains cleaner as well.  Piping can be CIP/WIP                cleaned and dried (by using compressed air). 
 

5. Enhanced flexibility.

*  Pneumatic Vacuum conveying systems can be custom designed to fit around existing powder                   processing equipment, not only taking up less space than mechanical conveying systems but also            providing more flexibility. Multiple infeed and destinations points, as well as longer conveying                    distances are possible.
