PCD wire drawing die is used synthetic diamond die blank as the core ,cobalt or silicon as catalyst, produced in the high temperature condition. It is integrated with a tungsten carbide ring. The supported carbide ring can increase the toughness of the blank and bear more strong impact during wire drawing.It has the advantages of perfect surface finish, minimum friction and high wear resistance. It is widely used in wire and metal tube drawn.
