     We - Phong Phu Corporation have sold out many quantity of sewing thread yarns with highest quality to Coats Corp monthly.

      -    We currently have 3 trading & manufacturing companies with 8 factories located  in Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong and Khanh Hoa provinces with total **5,**0 spindles (**8,**4 single spindles, *0,**6 twisting spindles and 5,**4 OE rotors) producing approximately *0,**0 tons of variety of yarns and threads per year consisting of:

                    + Carded & combed cotton yarn with count from Ne ****0 in single, double, triple which have the production capacity *5,**0 tons/year.

                     + Open-End yarn from count 6 to *0 and the production capacity is 2,**0 tons/year.
                    + Polyester sewing thread with count from Ne ****4 have the production capacity *0,**0tons/year. Especially, we have also been the main supplier of high-grade sewing threads for Coats Corp.
                    + Polyester knitting & woven yarn with count from Ne ****0 in single, double, triple which have the production capacity ***0 tons/year.
                    + Blended yarns TC, CV card and combed Ne ****0 have the production capacity *3,**0 tons/year.

Our yarn products have been exported successfully to many oversea countries like: China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Turkey, Colombo- Srilanka, Colombia, Brazil, Egypt...etc and ceaselessly expanded into other potential markets.

 

Furthermore, we are launching a new factory in Nha Trang province in the end of this month with *0,**0 spindles and its capacity for **0% Polyester spun yarns are around **0 tons/month and **0 tons/month for sewing threads yarn.
