POM: polyoxymethylene, commonly know as POM, it is a thermoplastic engineering plastics with high melting point and high crystallinity, which is very suitable for machining work on automatic lathe, especially for precision component manufacturing.

POM-C/H(black/white): polyformaldehyde copolymer and polyformaldehyde homopolymer respectively, in which properties of copolymer are superior are superior to homopolumer; such as low melting point , thermal stability, chemical resistance, liquidity,hydrolysis resistance, alkali resistance, and thermal oxidization demotion, and superior process ability; the properties of homopolymer are better than copolymer expansion, abrasion resistance, good mechanical strength, high rigidity and distortion temperature(now, POM-C are widely applied for POM semi-finished products).

Main Properties:

Strong mechanical strength, high rigidity and hardness, excellent elasticity, good sliding performance, abrasion resistance and creep resistance; even under lower temperature, high impact strength, good dimensional stability, excellent mechanical performance, physiological inertia and suitable to contact with food.

POM is widely use for sliding and rotating machinery, precision components, gears and bearings in automotive, electronics, garment ,medical care, machinery and sports apparatus.
