This potato cold storage is applied to store potatoes as well as storing fruits and other vegetables, its room temperature is designed at *5~**0'C, the room humidity is designed *0~*5%RH. The largest condensing temperature is **5'C, which can be suitable for the zone where the ambient temperature is high.

The main equipments and materials:
1. Refrigeration system:
  1.1 Compressor: Copeland,
  1.2 Condensing units: air cooled,
  1.3 Evaporator: air cooler,
  1.4 Refrigerant: R*2.

Any other brand of compressor, type of condensing and refrigerant is also workable.

2. Electric control system: Schneider electric components, digital display for temperature setting and reading, automatic and manual control, warning light for running failure.
  2.1 Overload protection,
  2.2 Phase sequence protection,
  2.3 Phase missing protection,
  2.4 Short circuit protection,
  2.5 Interlock protection,
  2.6 High and low pressure protection,
  2.7 Oil gap protection,
  2.8 Starting running with low pressure,
  2.9 Over and less voltage protection (this is for option).
 

3. PU sandwich panel:
  3.1 Material: polyurethane (PU), metal sheet,
  3.2 Density of PU: *0~*2kg/m3,
  3.3 Metal sheet: 0.**1mm white painted steel sheet,
  3.4 Thickness of panel: **0mm,
  3.5 With concave and protruding camlocks,
  3.6 Burning resistance: B2 grade.

Any other thickness of metal sheet, density, burning resitance and materials of metal sheet can be customized.
 

4. Cold store door, air curtain machine, lighting:
  4.1 Sliding door ***0x***0mm, manual opening and closing.
  4.2 Doorframe: 1.5mm **4# stainless steel sheet.                                                                        
  4.3 Door leaf: 0.8mm stainless steel sheet and *0~*2kg/m3 PU insulation core **0mm, B2 grade of burning resistance
 4.4 Electric heating wire hidden around doorframe, **0V/*6W                    
 4.5 Safe doorknob from indoor.                                                       
  4.6 With seal gasket                                                     
  4.7 Surface protected by PVC film

When door is opened, the air curtain machine and lights in cold storage can be running automatically.
The other sizes can be customized and the hinged door is also workable.
