Function:
1,Equipment
shell
Equipment shell is a closed tunnel structure, with the ends. Shell,
wall board, roof using δ 1.2 mm SUS**4 stainless steel plate bend

mm SUS**4 of stainless steel, the floor is using the welding closed
process, stop the liquid run risk a leakage phenomenon.
2,Store
liquid trough
The store liquid trough is set in the jet processing section of the
lower part of the equipment shell join to form an overall
structure, so that the spray washed the bath to flow directly back
to the sink. The width direction stretched the device shell, so
that out from the device side to install the pump suction and
supplementary bath, stretched side section has a water seal
compartment cover.
3,Spray
device
Main contains spray pump, spray pipes, nozzles, valves, shock
pressure gauge components and other components, the principle is
the spray pump station bath enter the sprinkler piping, through
various forms of nozzle workpiece spray and wash or spray film
processing, pipeline valves and pressure gauge component is used to
adjust the pump outlet pressure and flow to meet the requirements
of the pre-treatment process.

Ventilation exhaust is mainly composed of glass, steel (stainless
steel) fan, duct, damper, etc..
