PP-R high-spped pipe extrusion line

PP-R product line is run Ningbo  KonRun Machinery  Technology Co., Ltd.  developed using the latest technology, high efficiency, reduce production costs. Screw barrel structure of the host unique design, with IKV forced feeding structure and the perfect combination of downstream equipment, so that the entire production line really highly efficient and stable high-speed extrusion line.

PP, PB, PERT, PA*1, ABS, PEX polyolefine pipe high-speed&high-efficiency extrusion line is developed based on the years of experience of design & assembly and imported advanced technique & process, starting with extruder, all the automatic machines and downstream equipments are wholly automatically controlled during the entire progress from charging to discharging. The whole line will be commissioned by the engineer from our company then to hand over to the customer, and the period of time for bringing the extrusion line into good condition is shortened. We guarantee the completeness and synchronization of the downstream equipment and the auxiliary equipment to meet the requirements of extrusion. The advantages are high stability of automatic control system easy operation and easy maintenance. The dual pipe lines can be arranged according to the demand of extrusion efficiency. Covering area, labor and power consumption from customers. One main machine, one set of dual pipe moulds and 2 sets of separately controlled downstream equipments will be provided for the customers if corresponding auxiliary equipments added, multiple-layer co-extruded pipes with EVOH blocking function can also be manufactured. Based on the market demand, stable KR-AL-KR composite pipe and gluing device are available. the line change part, equipment and also can produce inner silicon layer compesite pipes.

PP-R stable-state pipe is an extension of the traditional PP-R pipe, with is reinforced by short fiberglass in medium layer of the pipe. To overcome the rigidity disadvantage of the PP-R pipe, KONRUN has innovated a new sandwich structure, the inner and outer layer is normal PPR, short fiberglass is combined in the middle to be the strengthening layer; change formula also produce PP three-layer Foam Mute pipe.The pipe is made by a co-extrusion system composed of four extruders, three of them for pipe, one for marking line. The uniquely designed spiral co-extrusion die could allocate the fiberglass regularly in the reinforced layer and bond the three layers into an integer. Compared with the traditional PP-R pipe, such enhanced pipe characters higher rigidity ,lower expansion and higher pressure, and because of the medium fiberglass layer, the pipe can save more expensive material of PPR,.
Considering the convenience for our customers, we as well provide the granulating extrusion line for making the FRP short fiberglass.
