Pivotal Export Solutions Ltd has developed relationships with a network of monetizers to monetize financial Instruments for clients worldwide by arranging the monetization against owned bank instruments such as Standby Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Medium Term Notes, Long Term Notes, Certificate of Deposit, Bank Drafts, Debentures and Collateralized Mortgage Obligation.

Our monetizers can also provide S2S & DTCC for International transactions.

This form of financing can be used in order to monetize the newly created instrument to obtain the right funds for Project Financing or Private Placement Program. Monetizing a financial instrument is becoming rather common and can be done in as little as ***0 days.

Monetizing Program Highlights:

The following is the overview on the trade program.    

1. The trade program can accept cash funds from any major bank in the Western world and mainland China.

2. There is no SWIFT blocking only internal bank block on the clients funds.

3. The funds will go into a *0 week trade program. 

4. They will accept regular cash and Heritage and Interest from Heritage Funds.

5. The Loan to Value (LTV) that will go into the trade program is **0% of the face value of the submitted account.

6. The client will receive a weekly profit payout of **0% against the LTV placed into the trade program.

7. The client will have a *0/*0 split on trade program profits with the trade platform and the *0% earned by the client will represent **0% of the LTV placed into the trade program.

8. There are no project funding requirements for the client.

9. The minimum is USD $**0 Million or equivalent and no maximum limit on funds.

*0. Submission documents are as follow;

 a.) Complete and un-sanitized KYC package (a template form available on request)

 b.) Affidavit and Request For Services document (I will provide the template document to complete, this form must be completed)

 c.) Proof of Funds, currently dated tear sheet/bank statement and it must be dated within 3 banking days from the date of submission.

 *1. ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE SIGNED IN WET BLUE INK AND NOTARIZED.

 *2. The client will be required to pay fees that total *1% in the form of two fee agreements;

 a.) first, 1% fee agreement from the trade platform.

 b.) second, *0% fee agreement for the intermediaries.

We will issue Monetizing Contracts only when the Client passes the "Due Diligence" successfully to start the transaction.

Due Diligence usually take 2 to 3 International Banking Days unless where it is impossible to reach some of the agencies that will help in providing information on the client within reasonable time.

Important Note: If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, or misleading to Our Company or Our Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, or misleading will be subject to prosecution and reported to Interpol Financial Crime Unit, Europol, United States Secret Service, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), and Central Bank Counterfeit Deterrence Group (CBCDG).
