Seal is a water-based sealer designed for application to pavers and
tiles
prior
to laying to enable easy grout stain and dirt removal.
Pre
Seal dries to an invisible finish that stops water penetration and
will help prevent picture framing, efflorescence and mould build up
from occurring.
Pre
Seal will not interere with glues or ahdesion like full strength
sealers.
Pre Seal will not interfere with the application of
grout.
Pre
Seal should be applied a minimum of *4 hours before the pavers or
tiles are to be used.
Allow
the sealing process to cure and give the desired water repellent
effect.
Pre
Seal can be sprayed or rolled onto pavers or absorbent
tiles.
Pre
Seal can be applied by dipping.
Surface to be treated
can be dry or damp
Completely wet the
surface with Pre Seal
Wait
for several minutes to allow penetration
Wipe
off any excess
Coverage is approx 7sq
metres per litre dependant on porosity of stone
1 coat application
After pre-sealing it
is highly recommended that you use a premium sealer to protect the
surface from water damage and Oil based
Contaminants.
