Battery shell steel tape
It mainly includes special steel tape for battery, precision nickel composite tape for battery, special tape at the bottom of negative pole of cap, battery connection piece, etc. The process is advanced and quality is stable.
 
Precision nickel composite steel tape has good nickel layer evenness after punched. Due to the special treatment of Ni-Fe alloy layer, it has excellent adhesiveness and extensibility; and because it is punched under the even state of even nickel layer, makes the nickel layer on steel shell have good consistency and solve the problem of nickel layer on the internal wall of steel shell which cannot be achieved by post electroplating. Through optimization for processing conditions, the scratches on the surface of steel shell can be controlled. It is easily for welding and the welding fastness is better than that of post electroplating ; and due to its alloy property, the nickel layer on the rolling slot will not fall off. It can save the electroplating process for steel shell punching and battery plant.
