Specification scope:

High quality is very good using for a long time under rainy and near the sea.

1). Be coil or cutting in sheets. Surface can be divided into Corrugated Sheet, Coated Board, Embossed Board, Printing Sheet, Sparkling granule Sheet.

2). Thickness: 0.***1.2mm, Thickness tolerance: ±0.*1mm only.

3). Width: Less Than ***0mm(including stripe), Width tolerance: *0/*3mm.

4). Standard: GB/T *********6, ASTM A **5, EN ****9,JIS G ***2,

DX*1 and full hard.

5). Colors: By Customers' Request.

6). Coating kinds: PE(RMP-Regular Modified Polyester), SMP(Silicon Modified Polyester, can use to about *5years) and PVDF.

   Paint Brand: World class brand- KCC/ AkzoNobel.

7). Coat Fabric: Top Coat:****5 Microns Polyester+ ***0 Micron Primer,(Can cover PE Protective Film).

Back Coat:***0 Micron Primer.

Zinc coating: *0g- **5g.

8). The gloss can changeable by Customers' Request. Also do some High gloss, with some sparkling granule in it.

T Bend Test:1T*3T ,Pencil hardness: min F.

MEK Test: min. **0 double rubs for top side.
