1.After order confirmed, we will purchase the **0%virgin Polyethylene materials(including color masterbatch if needed) and check the materials whether all of them are in good conditions and good quality.

2.Materials meet quality standard, then, make a mark note to show ok for next step use. If quality not ok, return back to vendor for replenish.

3. Do daily checking to the forefront of production, such as workshop for blow molding,coating, aging test,printing, rolling...

4. Cross checking thickness, adhesion pear off, corona, width…

5. Cutting department will not arrange cutting without report issue by Quality control department

6.Package should be secure to protect goods from damage.
