Our production facilities has complex industrial group, producers and exporters of frozen processed and unprocessed of Frozen Whole Chicken , Frozen Chicken Wing , Frozen Chicken Leg Quarter, Frozen Chicken Paw , Frozen chicken Feet , Frozen Chicken Neck , Frozen Chicken Heart and Liver , Frozen Chicken Drumstick, chicken egg, we also we offer fresh, calibrated and non-calibrated chicken breast fillets. Factory produces huge quantity per month to be sold in the domestic market and for export, besides the whole chicken, it's produced many cuts including fresh, frozen, seasoned and processed products required by different customers.

Our products are HALAL certified  Factory is producing high quality products guaranteed by certifications ISO ***1, HU – Food Products and APPCC/HACCP - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

Processing:

Hand Slaughtered according to Islamic and international requirements.

Well Dressed and cleaned, No bruise,

No Blood,

No bad smell, No feather

No Broken bones, Dry,

Moisture less than 4%,

**0% Fresh and Frozen,

Chickens should be packed individually Warped Packed. (External shrinks pack).

Frozen temperature:

- Blasted at: *0C

- Storage at: minus *8 degrees Celsius.

- During Transportation: minus *0~*5C

Age of chicken:

*5 *5 days minimum at time of slaughter

Shelf Life:

*2 months from production date.
