The entry operator lifts the galvanized steel coil onto the coil car which then carries the coil to the uncoiling machine, aligns and inserts it to the mandrel of uncoiling machine. The uncoiling machine uncoils under manual control and manual assistance, and with the coordination of pinch roll, the strip head enters in front of the sewing machine for sewing up. The strip of the last coil will decelerate when the production is about to complete, sew up the strip head and tail together with artificial assistance and press flat the sewed part, and then, enter the entry vertical looper. After leaving out of looper, the strip is sprayed by 1# alkali liquor, washed by 2# alkali liquor, sprayed and rinsed by hot water at the washing section to wash off the matters of greasy dirt, sundries and zinc granular on strip surface. The washed strip will have chemical pretreatment after being dried by hot-air dryer, after being coated with chemical coating solution, the strip is dried by chemical coating drying oven and then enter the primer coater for primer coating, and then enters the primer coating curing oven for curing through primer-coated base plate. When the coating is cured, the strip is air cooled, water cooled and dried and enters the finish coater for finish coating, and after finish coating is finished, the strip enters the finish oven for curing. When the coating is cured, the strip enters the exit section through the exit looper after air cooling, water cooling and drying. Finally, after being inspected by the inspection bench, coiled up separately by exit shear, cut away the sewing joint and sampled, the strip is coiled up to finished coil by the coiling machine, transported out by reel vehicle, and then put in storage after being weighted and packaged.

AC speed control adopts common DC bus program to complete the conversion of three-phase incoming power supply with fixed frequency and voltage to three-phase AC power output with variable frequency and voltage by configuring control elements of the main circuit switch, main circuit contactor, fuse, three-phase reactor, rectifier unit, self-oscillation diode, inverter and output reactor, so as to meet the variable-frequency speed control requirements of unit. The variable-frequency speed control device can complete vector control functions and closed-loop control functions, for example, rotating speed, torque, frequency or V/f performance control.
