Product Description

Recycled Polystyrene (PS) resin, as a kind of thermo plastics, is widely used in automobile components, electric appliances andarticles for daily use. Recycled PS resin is featured with hygroscopicity, therefore, it takes tens of minutes or even hours to carry out drying treatment before production.

PS**5X is a new type of functional masterbatch specially developed for eliminating the moisture in recycled PS resin. With a small adding rate, by mixing with the raw materials, it absorbs the moisture during the production process, thus saving the drying process. PS Desiccant Masterbatch is environment-friendly and can save production time, energy and cost.

Guidelines

1. Check the condition of inner packing and forbid using if damaged;

2. Use up within 8 hours after opening the inner packing;

3. Adding rate: 1%~5%;

4. Simply mix with plastic raw materials;

5. Forbid heating with wet plastic materials.

Packing & Store

1. Handle carefully to avoid packaging damaged;

2. Store in ventilated, dry and cool place to keep out of sun exposure and rain;

3. Recommended storage life: up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed.
