This new EPS pre-expander has several new features.The volume is smaller to make 
full use of limited area,its operation performance is improved.The application 
range of this EPS pre-expander is widely,it is suitable for both small amount 
productionand batch production.It also can be used for different foaming rate 
from low to high.

EPS batch pre-expander main features

**- This EPS pre-expander adopts PLC controller and touch screen to realize automaticcirculation of feeding,electronic measurement and automatic control of barrel temperature,pressure and drying.

**-This EPS pre-expander is especially suitable for EPS production in high land with poor oxygen area (Compared with low production efficiency of continuous pre-expander

in same condition).

**- This EPS foaming machine adopts high precision measurement system to guarantee feeding accuracy.Automatci discharging fan inproves the discharging speed.

**- The EPS machine adopts high quality enclosed constant pressure foaming with high thermal efficiency.The new EPS batch pre-expander could reach about *0% energy-saving than continuous pre-expander.

**-The EPS pre-expander uses photoelectricity to control foaming level and capacity.
