INSPECTION TESTS FOR PTFE EXPANSION BELLOWS:
1. EACH BELLOW PRIOR TO SHIPMENT SHALL BE HYDROSTATICALLY (TEST PRESSURE: *0BAR
(**5PSIG. **0#) HOLDING TIME OF 3 MINUTES) AND ELECTORSTATICALLY TESTED WITH OUTPUT VOLTAGE
OF *5KV, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEC. 7 OF ASTM F********3 AND SHALL SUBSEQUENTLY BE VISUALLY 
INSPECTED FOR WORKMANSHIP AND DIMENSIONALLY CHECKED TO VERIFY CONFORMANCE TO REQUIREMENTS
OF APPLICABLE STANDARDS AND DATA SHEETS.

2. THE GASKET SEATING SURFACE OF THE LINING FOR THE PTFE EXPANSION BELLOWS SHALL BE FREE OF 
SURFACE DEFECTS THAT COULD IMPAIR SEALING EFFECTIVENESS (5.4.2 OF ASTM F********3)3 convolutes PTFE expansion joints　 (also known as expansion joint), for corrosive media compensate for thermal expansion and contraction of piping system displacement and misalignment, to reduce the vibration of piping system.
