Our company has more than five years of experience to produce powder metallurgy pistons. The pistons can be widely used in many kinds of shock absorbers of automobiles and motorcycles. The middle part is the powder metallurgy and the outside is the PTFE material, which has the advantage of low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and so on. Our company has advanced manufacturing equipments and precision test apparatus. The products have passed the Test center, Shang hai Plastic Research Institute. As soon as we get the new samples, we will send them to shanghai to have a test. If the test result is not as good as we anticipation, our technic team will have a meeting and discuss together, until we solve the problem. So we always tell ourselves "don't stop learning!"   The annual production capacity can reach *0 million piece. The spec of our current pistons are: D*0 /D*5 /D*7 /D*0 /D*1 /D*2 /D*5 /D*6 /D*0 /D*5 etc. Most of the pistons,we have our current mould. It will be very quick to offer the new samples. We can design and produce the powder metallurgy pistons according to the customer's demand.
