This series dust collector is composed of shell, ash hopper, support ash discharge device and pulse ash cleaning system. 
When the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first touches the inclined baffle in the middle of the air inlet, and the air flow is diverted to the ash hopper, and the velocity of flow slows down at the same time. 
Under the action of inertia and gravity, the coarse particles of dust in the gas can be turned upward through the filter bag with metal skeleton inside. Under the action of various dust removal mechanisms, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber. 
It is collected in the outlet duct and discharged through the induced draft fan.

With the continuous filtration, the accumulation of dust on the outside of the bag increases gradually. 
The resistance of the dust collector is also increasing, in order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the resistance of the dust collector should be maintained in a limited range.

Each dust-collecting chamber is equipped with a row of ash cleaning pulse valves, and then the pulse valves are opened sequentially, and high pressure air is sprayed into each row of filter bags, resulting in instant swelling of the cloth bags, thereby removing ash on the surface of the filter bags. 
The pulse blowing width and the cleaning period of each dust collecting chamber are controlled by a special cleaning programmable controller.
