The Vibration System of the concrete block machine
The special design of Vibration + Double vibration motors. There are 4 special design excitation blocks in the vibration box. They could adjust to different materials with variable amplitude, it just needs 0.5~2.5 Seconds to form the concrete blocks compactness completely. The vibration box uses two frequency conversion motors (with Schneider ATV variable-frequency governor) and two pieces of transmission shafts in the vibration table. This is special design in our company.

Intelligent PLC Controller:
QFT***8 hollow block machine is operated via visualization system, using the Programmed Logic Controller-Siemens Touch Screen Control System.It is more easy and convenient to use. Electric control system: "simpleton type" program operation.The core of the control system uses the new international level of imported from industrial programmable controller (microcomputer), the function is perfect, compact structure, strong anti-jamming capability and high reliability.

Electrical system:
The control panel configuration of the QFT***8 hollow block making machine uses the imported interface display screen, for molding machinery equipment production block process accurately automatic control, control are imported components, relevant procedure have interlocking or interlock function, and is equipped with automatic monitoring count function
