• Better choose quail eggs has been placed for **5 days.
• After water boiled, add into cold water, stir the water and pour the eggs into the eggs boiling machine, stir immediately for about one minute, boiling the eggs until the water boiled again, turn off the heat after ****5 mins, pick out the bad eggs floating on the water. 
• After turning off heat, fished out eggs, cooling the eggs in cold water for about 5mins, then break eggshell by using breaking machine.
• Put the breaked eggs into cold water for about *5mins, then they are able to be put into the quail eggs peeling machine.
