We had produced about **0 Ton iron casting parts of fxiture parts for light railway.Including Ductile Cast iron & Gray Iron,and mechanical requirements of Ductile Cast iron is very strict and the material is FCD**0.

Main Mechanical requirements:Tensile stress≥**0N/mm2 ; Elongation: ≥*0%.

Casting method: sand casting or resin sand casting.

We offer Gray Iron Green Sand castings and Ductile (Nodular) Iron Green Sand castings. Precision casting.
We have the capability of producing **5, **0kg goods. In order to ensure the quality, Our production capacity at present is ***0 MT annually.  We have a **-ton tensile testing machine, chemical element analytic instruments and metallographic structure testing systems, and we can provide customers with more professional inspection techniques.

We must be tested in very strict of mechanical properties & metallographic structure for every batch and through testing by Singapore armed forces Dept.
