Propolis is composed of various substances that are collected by bees in the flora of the region where it is produced. These botanical sources also suffer variation due to changes in temperature and rainfall frequency. In Brazil - a country of continental dimensions - famous for the diversity of its flora, we also find a great variety of types of propolis. Therefore, the quality and composition of propolis varies greatly.

> Brown propolis from Populus sp.;
> Red propolis from Dalbergia ecastophyllum;
