Product Introduction:
If the small amount of water in plastic raw material is not
eliminated, bubble or water wave will form on the product surface
and they will have a deadly effect on product strength or
appearance.
However, some problems lie in the traditional process of applying
electro thermal drying machine to eliminating water, such as
extension of product processing time (it takes one drying equipment
about *5 hours to dry one-ton raw material), loss of raw material
weight, high consumption of electricity, increase of production
cost, etc.
"Plastic defoamer" is a new function master batch that is specially
developed for solving the problem of bubble. Plastic deformer, also
known as plastic water-removing agent, plastic moisture-absorbing
master batch, plastic desiccant and plastic drying agent, is a
pioneering technology in China.
Product Features:
1. Water absorption function: Can absorb water with weight of *0%
of the agent itself.
2. Processing function: Can apply ordinary equipment, no need to
change processing process.
3. Product appearance: Grey particles, excellent plasticization
property, uniform particle diameter, no joint particle.
4. Ideal additive: No-toxic, non-irritant, no release of irritant
gas.
5. No mesh clogging: Can add *0%, greatly reduce raw material
cost.
Product Applications:
It can be widely applied to processing such as blown film, plate
material, sheet material, extrusion, plastic injection, blow
molding, bottle blowing and knitting of PP, PE, PS, ABS, LDPE and
HDPE recycled material, moistening material and degradable plastics
so as to guarantee product quality and yield, reduce power
consumption, and improve productivity.
Application
Application Method:
1. Mix plastic defoamer per percentage of raw material weight: **3%
for blown film products and **8% for plastic injection products.
After it is mixed evenly, product processing can be operated
directly.
2. The specific adding should be determined in accordance with the
water content of user's raw material (generally, the water the
weather is, the more agent should be added).
3. Optimal recommended application method: Presently mix and
presently use.
Product Packaging:
Paper-plastic composite package: *5kg per bag, 5 small bags per
bag, 5kg per small bag (vacuum packaging).
Shelf Life:
Half a year from the production date. See production date in the
package.

Information
Precautions:
1. Because the product has strong water-absorbing property, it
should be used as soon as possible after its package is opened and
unconsumed portion should be packaged by heat-seal. It is strictly
prohibited to use product with broken package or gas
leak.
2. After raw material is mixed, it is better to complete using it
within *4 hours.
3. Before the product is processed, raw material and the defoamer
mustn't be dried for fear of mesh clogging due to ineffectiveness
of the defoamer.
