The oil has a wide range of applications:

1) food industry: the production of fats, mayonnaise, margarines and direct use in the preparation of food.

2) cosmetic industry: processing for creams, soap, shampoos.

3) production of technical acids, high-quality varnishes and paints.

Three types of oils are availableaccording to GOST 1129-93:
unrefined sunflower oil, hydrated oil, frozen hydrated oil.

About the Quality

All oil meets the hygienic requirements of safety and nutritional value according to SanPIN 2.3.2.1078-01.

In the production of oil, we use equipment from leading manufacturers of oil and fat equipment.
So, in the freezing section, a compressor of the German company Bitzer
and Swedish heat exchangers are involved in oil cooling.

Oil filtration is carried out on airtight filters of the well-known Dutch company Amafilter.
High-quality equipment allows you to achieve a high degree of purification
 and perfect presentation of the product.

Sunflower oil goes through triple purification
(simple filter, hydration - purification with water, and freezing),
this technology - without chemical purification, allows to achieve maximum purity of the oil
 while maintaining all its natural properties and vitamins.

Production is constantly supervised by leading research centers of the oil and fat industry.
 So, the Russian Research Institute of Fats (St. Petersburg)
and the Russian Research Institute of Oil and Fat Crops (Krasnodar) provide consultations on technology
and regular quality control of products.
