Fused magnesium aluminum spinel of YuZi is produced by mixing the industrial alumina with the purity no less than *8.5% and the caustic−burned magnesia with the purity no less than *6% and an appropriate amount of high purity magnesite , and smelting with high temperature in the electric arc furnaces,and can be processed with different size particle, fine powder and superfine powder. Its grain is well developed with the features of compact texture and uniform structure, which is high−grade raw material for producing high quality refractory products with high intensity, good thermal shock resistance.
