3.     The refrigerator door seal production line configuration as below:

1)    Automatic feeding extruder and automatic drying machine

Reducer: hardened material *8CROMAL，carburizing touch tooth treatment, Maximum power *0KW,speed ratio of *8:a roughness of 0.*8.

Main Drive Motor: *8.5KW AC motor.

Cooling system: the barrel with five automatic air-cooled fan and the cutting area with circulation water cooling. The power of fan is **0W/unit.

Heating system: the body is using five parts electric heating, power is 2KW per part. And the head part is 3KW. Total power of heating system is *0KW.

Temperature control system: Top brand CHINT thermometer and good quality of low voltage electric parts. .

Variable frequency speed controller: Top brands

3)     Cooling system with double layer stainless steel water tank

4)    Automatic traction cutting machine: Variable frequency speed controlled, synchronous drive with timing belt, screw adjustment both up and down.

5)     Fully automatic **-degree angle cutting system:

a.      Drilling machine

Automatically punch the door seals to facilitate the welding of the back door seal box exhaust to maintain good flexibility.

b.     Traction conveyor

OMRON servo motor, belt driving, the upper and lower pressure can be adjusted, Controlled by photoelectric and fiber and the encoder.

c.     **-degree Notching Machines

Automatically cut *5° angle to both ends of the door seals as setting. The Precision is ±1MM.

d.     Automatic reclaimer:

The profile after cutting picked up by mechanic arm and placed in the box on the placing machine.
