HCR Machine’s Removable Sheeter is designed as “Bolted Bearer” with Bearers hardened to *0 – *2 Rockwell, to ensure the cylinder’s durability. Each slots are precisely milled to specified angle to ensure consistent sheeted / perforated product’s dimensions. Removable Sheeters from HCR Machine are equipped with high quality sheeting blades imported from Europe. 

Applications

Removable Sheeter usually installed on the cutting bed or rotary die-cutting seat to cut cylinder material to plate-shaped or use dotted knife to tiered shape include label, commercial form and other special paper products.
