A. Use and performance
It consists of a frictionless filled PTFE ring and an O-ring rubber seal. The O-ring provides the sufficient pre-tightening force, which plays a complementary role in the abrasion of PTFE square ring. PTFE has low friction coefficient, and the dynamic and static friction coefficients are similar. It is suitable for the reciprocating motion at high and low speeds and the cylinder rod seal for high pressure system, which has the two-way sealing effects. Generally, it is used together with the guide ring. If the axis diameter is less than Φ*0, the split groove shall be adopted. 
B. Materials The stepped ring is made of PTFE; the O-ring is made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber ( NBR) or FKM rubber.
C. Working conditions
Pressure resistance: 0~*0MPa
Reciprocating speed: ≤ 5m/s
Operating temperature: **5 ~ ***0°C (depending on the material of O-ring )
Working medium: hydraulic oil, gas, water

The axis with square ring is marked with the order number, for example, Axis with Stepped Ring HSF****0
