Our Roses are hand collected by our women each season, the process is composed from the following steps :

• 5:*0 am to 8:*0 am: Collecting roses by women in the field.
• *0 am: reception of the quantities collected at the cooperative level.
• Sorting roses and selecting s for drying.
• The distillation of roses;
• Button drying with the traditional method
• Storage and bottling of rose water.
• Transformation of the rose in floral water from April *0 to May *0 of each season
