What is Ursolic Acid?
Ursolic acid, also known as urson, prunol and malol is a pentacyclic triterpenoid compound which is naturally presented in a large number of vegetarian foods, medicinal herbs, and other plants. We extract the Ursolic acid from leaf of Rosemary(Rosmarinus officinalis Linn.).
The results show that ursolic acid has good antioxidant, anti-aging, freckle effect. It can prevent wrinkles and age spots by restoring the structure and elasticity of collagen bundles of the skin.
As a cosmetic, it is stable, its color and smell will not change easily with time, and has a good touch. Therefore, it is widely used in health food, medicine and cosmetics as raw materials.
