Rotating Roller Design:
We can provide two specially designed flat die pellet mills for you. The first model consists of rotating rollers and a stationary die - that is our rotating roller small pellet mill. The second model consists of  stationary roller  with a rotating roller. The rotating roller design of fixed die can make the die’s service life greater—2,000 hours—than the formerly mentioned model. Besides, it is capable of producing longer wood pellets, including those over 3 cm in length.
Applications:
The rotating roller small pellet mill, a newly designed fixed die type pellet press, is specialized in the production of industrial biomass fuel. It is able to make pellets from diverse materials such as sawdust, straw, chaff, bamboo shavings, peanut shells, bagasse and alfalfa.

Special Features:
1. Our gears are made of high quality case-hardened nitrogen-alloyed steel. It not only imparts durability, but also strengthens efficiency, reduces noise, increases the machine's weight/force bearing capacity and lowers temperatures in the gear box.
2. The main shaft is designed to endure heavy loads and bear strong axial forces, thus the durability is increased.
3. Utilizes large-diameter roller to increase the pelletization rate, pellet uniformity and pellet strength.
4. Rollers and dies are constructed with a wear-resistant surface. Besides, both sides of the die can be used, thus its usable life is lengthened.
5. All bearings are sealed to prevent the accumulation of dust.
6. Users are able to decide making pellets of different diameters at the range of 6-12mm.

All bearings adopt sealing structure in order to prevent dirt into effectively, improve the working environment of bearings and prolong bearings life.
The spindle is made from high quality stainless steel, which can prolong the service life.
