Rotor Assembly (K**4) - Description: Rotor assembly contains a shaft, a turbine wheel and a compressor wheel. The forged steel shaft is friction welded to the turbine wheel. The turbine blade edges are machined for accurate trim within the turbine housing. The shaft bearing journals are induction hardened and ground for dimensional accuracy. Rotor components endure the most load and influence the performance, structure reliability and working life of turbo charger directly. Thanks
