Tear out the thin film which covers the underside to reveal the viscous surface 
Make viscous surface adown, paste silicone insoles for shoes in heel position.

Operations of  liquid silicone for insoles (footcare)

Firstly, after your previous work of dealing with the origianal moldel, take some liquid silicone rubber, add cuing agent of the amount of silicon and mix them evenly.

Then after vacuum-pumping the mixture, you cn pour it into the mold frame. The sillicone mold will cured in 2~3 hours.
