Product Feature
1,Rubber or plastic material are mixing and plasticating under pressure-tight, with high productivity, less manpower and high quality. 
2,With two arris shear rotors, during manufacturing process it can fully shearing and cutting the material to make them equally distributed. 
3,The arris of rotor is plated with tough hard-wearing alloy, the touching surface cover of mixing chamber and material has polished and plated tough chrome. 
4,The jacked type mixing chamber ,which water, steam and oil medium can pass through it, with better cooling and heating function, meeting various rubber and plastic mixing process requirement. 
5,Loading material from back door of machine, the mixing chamber can unload material at the max **0°degree angle, it can change the angle according the user's requirement, in order to continue the next process. 
6,The top part is "W" type, meeting fully mixing and plastication of material. 
7,The PLC electric control system which is programmable, it has the functions of alarm, unload operation, manual and automatic switch, chain safeguard system.
