General:

Rustoper (corrosion terminator)Derusting and antirust liquid is a kind of high performance products with the functions of derusting and antitrust, which can also form a macromolecular adhesion structure like paint. Without applying traditional complex working process for derusting and antirust, you only need to conduct simple coating, spraying or soaking at ambient temperature to complete derusting and anticorrosion synchronously. Due to the unique design, this product has strong penetration capacity, which can rapidly and effectively dissolve the oil stain usually seen on the metal surface and meanwhile and convert the rust into an anticorrosive layer of metal protective film to achieve excellent effects of derusting and antirust.

Features/Advantages:

1.   The product boasts overall functions and unique effects. It integrates degreasing, cleaning, de-rusting, phosphatizing, passivation, antirust and other performances in one, adopting unique principle of dissolving, conversion and synthesis, to complete de-rusting and antirust at the same time. The adhesion force of metal salt protective film formed ranked in Grade I, and the film can be well combined with various paints, in accordance with the requirements included in the coating standards.

2.   It contains no toxic and harmful substances, being safe to environment. Without hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and other strong harmful corrosive acids, this product adopts self-made synthetic acid which keeps safe and stable acid value. Without three wastes generated from the manufacturing and using, this product does not do harm to clothes or skin and conform to the requirements of environment protection.

3.   It is easy and convenient to use. This product can be directly used at ambient temperature under normal conditions, without heating or special equipment. Soaking, coating, spraying and other methods can be adopted without the help form professionals.

4.   It has low cost and low expense. This product can greatly reduce the equipment and labor s, making the pre-coating treatment high-efficient, low-consuming and easy. Under normal circumstances, one kilogram of this product can treat an area of about *2m2 to *5m2. If soaking is adopted, every **0 kilogram of this product can accumulatively treat about 2 tons articles.

5.   It contains no chloride, phosphate and heavy metal; being safe to environment. It passes SGS certification and complies with RoHS Directives.
