S*2 steel ball for Mud motor

A mud motor (or drilling motor) is a progressive cavity positive displacement pump (PCPD) placed in the drill string to provide additional power to the bit while drilling. Yusion supplies S*2 Rock Bit balls for mud motors. AISI S*2 Rockbit Ball is actually an shock resistant tool steel ball which owes its high tensile and yield strength, high hardness and wear resistance, high fatigue strength and impact toughness after heat treatment.The balls we produced are ranging from 6.*5mm to *3.5mm with grade from G*0 to G**0.They provide the toughness and strength necessary for severe shock loads.

PACKING

Firstly we pack the balls in cartons.

1.For each carton,the size is : Length:**0mm  Width:**0mm Height:*5mm

2.we pack our balls using wooden pallet(Plywood) in our export business

3.Put the plastic paper in the pallet(waterproof) at first, then put the ball carton into the pallet ,and fix the pallet.

4.The size of wooden pallet: Length:**0mm  Width:**0mm  Height:**0mm

Generally, if you dont want packing with our companys logo & name and our package, we offer neutral packing and can according to your requirements.
