Application range:
This equipment provides the pharmaceutical enterprise with a long-time stable environment of temperature,
humidity and illumination for medicine invalidation evaluation, which is suitable for acceleration test, long-term test,
high humidity test, and strong light irradiation test.
Structure features:
Material:
(1) Test chamber adopts PVC plate, and temperature
limit is 60°C
(2) Cover of the test chamber adopts shockproof PVC.
(3) Supplementary test medicine bottle uses hidden
water level line, easy to clean.
(4) Saturated air tank adopts SUS #304 stainless
steel high pressure resistant barrel with good heat
insulation.
(5) Basket support of the test chamber uses plane
dividing frame can be adjusted freely. Fog falling and
receiving place are the same. Test chamber can hold
large quantity of test objects.
Thermostatic control regarding to GB/T10587-2006
standard:
Salt spray test:
1. Working chamber: 35°C±1°C
2. Saturated air tank: 47°C±1°C
Corrosion resistance test:
1. Working chamber: 50°C±1°C
2. Saturated air tank: 63°C±1°C
Air supply system: The air pressure is 1 kg/cm²,
two step adjustment
1. First step: Rough adjustment, 2-2.5kg/cm²,with oil
2. Second step: Precise adjustment, 1kg/cm²¼ PT air
manometer.
Mist spray method:
1. Nebulization by Bernoulli effect, even and no
blocking, which ensures continuous working.
2. Nozzle: Made of special glass. The mist flux and
angle can be adjusted.
3.Mist flux: 1-2ml 80cm²/hr adjustable(16 hours
average value)

Heating system
Direct heating. When the temperature reaches the set
value, the temperature precision is switched and the
power consumption is reduced. The heating pipe is
made of titanium alloy.
Control system
1. Chamber temperature controller & saturated air
tank temperature controller:
P.I.D auto-tuning double display temperature controller
(Range:0~99.9°C, Error range: ± 0.3°C)
2. Liquid expand safety temperature controller for the
heating tank. (Range: 0~120°C)
3. Liquid expand safety temperature controller for the
saturated air tank. (Range: 0~120°C)
4. Digital display timing controller: 0.1s~9990h.
5. Timer range: 0~9990h.
6. Low-voltage circuit breaker service life: Continuous
20,000 times.
7. Cover opening:
YFX-150, YFX-240, YFX-350: Manual operation.
YFX-500, YFX-770: Pneumatic system operation.
Water supply system: Automatic replenishment;
