Sand Core Binder
 
Introduction and Application:
It is auxiliary materials for metal casting, used for repair the imperfect place of the sand core/mould, bonding the broken sand core and mold assembling closing.  
Features:
Good viscosity and high strength
 
User guide:
 

1. Repair the imperfect place of the sand core/mould. Coat the sand core binder onto the cracks and splice the parts together. Then let the spliced sand core sit for **6 hours. The more time it sited the better effect you will get.  
2. Used for mould assembling. Apply to the opening of the mould before you close the mould.  
3. Sealed storage. Guarantee period is 6 months.
