Shenyang Itons Drying Equipment INC designs and manufactures dryer systems for use in the engineered wood and composite panel industries as well as in other applications such as biomass drying and ethanol production. Dryer systems are based on the use of belt dryer, single pass dryer or three pass dryer with an internal flighting system connected to a heat source at one end and a material separation / exhaust system at the other end. This is the technology of choice in new engineered wood panel plants, but can also be used to replace aging equipment in existing plants where they can usually produce some combination of more production, better consistency, better quality and lower emissions.

We will not only engineer the rotary drum dryer and belt dryer for the specific application, but can also design, fabricate, and supply all of the component parts of the dehydration system including the burner, furnace, cyclone, fan, ductwork, conveyors, truck dump stations, feed hoppers, and airlocks.
