Our scroll cutting line is suit for many kinds of metal cutting, such as tinplate, aluminum band, silicon steel band, cold rolled band, galvanized steel band and copper, it is an important equipment in making iron tank and cover that reduce the loss of material.It can save production cost of 3%*8%.
It consists of full-automatic decoiler, hydraulic charge hoist, leveler, roller conveyor, scroll plate shearing machine, belt conveyer, material receiving machine and electric control cabinet.
AC servo drive system such as product of siemens or schneider is adopted as electric control components, which gives the machine the features such as accuracy of gauge, good shearing quality, and high production efficiency.
