PRINCIPE
The SDTH*1 series bin blander is
composed of the compound bucket, the promotion swiveling
mechanism,
the programmed control system.
Provides the stainless steel non-powered spoiler in the compound
bucket, and it can make the material that forms the
multi-dimensional state of motion, when the compound bucket revolve
,
in order to ensure the material mix
uniformity.
CHARACTERISTICS:
1ã€The machine can simultaneously
apply to four different mix drums ，so it meets the mass and
the multi-variety production demand,
to achieves one machine multipurpose.
2ã€The machine uses PLC control,
touch screen display and can automatically complete all the
procedures.
It has the human-machine interface
with a dedicated data storage and production printing
capabilities.
3ã€The machine uses mechanical
transmission that means to avoid oil leak by the
hydraulic transmission and the
resulting environmental pollution and drug quality problems.
4ã€The compound bucket can be took
off, so that the material don’t need to transfer frequently
in the production
process,
thus prevented cross-contamination of
dust and optimized the operation process, easy to clean.
