SE*0 Reading head installation precautions
1. Scale placement tools must be used for scale placement, and freehand placement is prohibited.
2. Because there may be mounting stress, it takes *4 hours after the scale is mounted before the accuracy calibration can be performed, and it takes longer when the temperature is low.
3. For the long-term reliability of the application, the main body of the application (linear motor, machine) needs to be reliably grounded and shielded to prevent the reading head from being disturbed, and the power line and signal line should be kept as close as possible. Volume separation arrangement.
4. The power supply terminal of the reading head needs to meet 5V±*0%, and the current is not less than **0mA.
5. Dirt on the scale may lead to increased output signal noise or position failure. Therefore, the scale must be kept clean. The scale can be cleaned with dust-free paper and ethanol or isopropanol.
6. The fixing screw of the reading head must be in accordance with the length and torque given in the installation diagram, otherwise the reading head may be damaged or poorly fixed.
